Restore Operations

Restore allows restoration of all or selected folders defined in a BackUp Set at the Folders original location as well as to any user-defined location.

Steps to Restore from a BackUp Set.

1.     Click on the Restore button on the Main Screen toolbar. This will open the screen displayed below. Click on the button with 3 dots.

2.     This will open the screen from where the user can select the BackUp Set to be restored.

3.     After Step 2 the restore Screen will appear as..

4.     The user can select or deselect a Folder from the list by clicking on it. Folder entry with the tick mark will not be considered when the BackUp Set is restored.

5.     Now select the Restore location by clicking on Original or Other (only one can be chosen at a time). Selecting Original will Restore the selected folders to their original location.

6.     If the user selects Other the following screen will appear. Here the user can enter any existing location or create a destination Folder on his own.
